- Take a pan add some water for rice boiling.add bay leaf,pepper,cinnamon,cardamom,cloves,salt,oil. Boiled the water add rice. The rice cooked 80 percent.to separate the exces water.
- Take Another pan to boiled eggs.
- Take a bandi add oil,salt,turmeric,red chillipowder mix well add eggs. Again mix well it turns to yellow colour.
- Take a pan add ghee fry the cashews.
- Fry onions on medium flame.
- Add oil,bay leaf,cloves,cardamom,cinnamon,star anise,pepper,fennel fry two minutes on medium flame.
- Add tomato,green chillis fry two minutes on medium flame.
- Add ginger garlic paste.mix it well.
- Add salt,turmeric,coriander powder,red chilli powder.
- Add curd and mix well to cook on mediumflame.with cover the lid with 5 minutes.
- Add coriander leaves.garam masala.add fried eggs.
- To cook in a medium flame for 5 minutes.add cashews.mix well.
- Add boiled rice.to sprinkle the garam masala.
- Sprinkle fried onions,ghee.
- Add saffron milk.green food colour water add corner of the pot.
- Cover the lid with 15 minutes on medium flame to low flame.switch off the flame.
- Finally yummy yummy pot egg dum biryani ready.
