  2. Prepare 1 tbsp lemon juice

  6. Get 1 tsp bhuna kuta, zeera

  13. Make ready 2 tbsp maida (flour) add little water to make a thick guey paste
Steps to make Bbq Samosay:
  1. Merinate chicken in above masalas, oil n lemon juice ginger garlic paste. Keep it for 1 hour or more
  2. Heat 1tbsp oil cook this chicken on medium to low flame add little water if required cook covered.
  3. When chicken is done take out add 2tbsp garlic sauce. Cool it. Give hot coal dum.
  4. In chopper put green chillies and coriander n chopped than add chicken and chop it but not very fine it should be rough. Take out in a plate
  5. Now make samosa with filling and maida slurry /lae
  6. Heat oil and fry them.
